More new faces to get acquainted with for the upcoming SDHL season! Lexi Bedier brings quite a versatile set with experience from the Canadian Pursuit of Excellence program, before going on to play in both the NCAA and USports where she got to finish as championship runner-up with Concordia only falling short against the Carabins. She showed an excellent adaptation to the Swedish style of gameplay this weekend in some great high pace maneuvering and finding offensive pressure. Even though not being able to get up to the level of Zug and Brynäs, there were plenty of good sequences that may very well lead Färjestad as a serious contender for a top four spot in the regular season. Brynäs and Frölunda are likely to remain top contenders, however it's pretty much a free for all looking at the 3rd to 10th spots in the standings. 💥
