Join us in welcoming our newest hair stylist Lexi Butcher! Lexi will be joining us very soon beginning in August and we couldn’t be more excited to have such a talented and driven person joining our team at Neil & Co. ✨

“Hii!! I’m Lexi Butcher and I’m beyond excited to be starting this new chapter in a new salon! same passion, new home!!✨ I can’t wait to meet so many new faces while continuing to grow my dream behind the chair.

A little about me… I’m a total blonde lover (the brighter, the better 🤭), but I also love creating gorgeous dimensional color!! I’m also certified in dreamcatchers hair extensions, so whether you’re looking for length, volume, or the hair you’ve always dreamed of, I’ve got you!

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll probably find me with an iced coffee in hand, listening to music, spending time with my family and friends, or dreaming up my next hair transformation. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients leave feeling beautiful, confident, and smiling!

I’m so thankful for everyone who’s supported me so far, and I can’t wait to welcome both new and returning clients into my chair. Here’s to fresh starts, beautiful hair, and making you feel like your absolute best self. See you soon! 🤍✨”

These beautiful girls blow me away! Their work ethic at 18 years old trumps most middle-aged adults. They’re creative, driven, passionate, and already making names for themselves in this industry. Watching them grow into talented young professionals has been such a rewarding experience, and I couldn’t be more proud of the women they’re becoming. ✨ So excited to see where this career takes each of them! 💕
