National Champion! 🥇😭💙💫

Fought for every single point down to the last event. Thank you to everyone who believed in me even when I lost sight of it earlier this year. I couldn’t have imagined the joy this sport could bring me again. The journey is so hard but so worth it! LFGGGGG!!!!!!❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

How do you say good bye and thank you to the people and a place that gave you everything?

Victory, defeat, joy, anger, elation, frustration, friendship, community, frenemies… but most importantly the best 11 years of my life and memories that will stay with me for forever.

Thank you @duketfxc - I was here to coach, but feeling so fortunate to walk away having learned so many incredible lessons from the athletes I was meant to be teaching.

Thank you @coach_wilbourn for giving me an opportunity back in 2015 that I had done nothing to deserve, but that has shaped my life beyond measure.

Last pic is the realest visualization of what it’s like to be a college pole vault coach.

Onto the next adventure…

Some epic life moments and recent side quests ⚡️

From learning so much about the Canadian sport system at @teamcanada COC/CPC meetings in Montreal and @athleticscanada meetings (and hiking) in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories 🇨🇦, to my biggest keynote yet at California Pacific Medical Center’s leadership offsite, to shadowing coach/mentor @kurtmichael_dee at his club in Windsor Canada, to seeing @kgilhuly at her new baking gig (@parachute.bakery !!!👩‍🍳), and lots of incredible family time on both coasts (garden walks with grandma, watching the twins grow, beach and lake frolicking, stunning weddings, and a celebration of life of someone larger than life, Rob Burgess)

It’s been a time of learning, growth, and saying yes to it all. building some cool new things and excited for whats to come (including a new website shortly whooo, speaking, coaching, partnerships etc.) —-- also how cool is that first image from the Montreal exhibit celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games 💫

Harrison Williams finishes 4th in Ratigen 8345pts. Emotional roller coaster with a DQ and protest and appeal but glad he was able to put together another solid 10 events including an event win and meeting record in the 400m. Wonderful meeting, great people and hospitality #ratigen #combinedevents #decathlon #trackandfield #athletics
