😭🙏🏼❤️ Our boy Boomer got adopted yesterday!! Obviously, I have to thank his new family @lexiepotts for adopting him and giving him the loving, forever home he has always deserved. She says they’re obsessed with him already and that he is being spoiled!!
In addition, I have to thank @chrisramirez4 for stepping up the second he saw the reel I made for him and immediately went to pick him up from the shelter for a weekend sleepover in his home with his incredible pack (three of his dogs are former Henderson residents). He even opened up his home for his new family to go down and meet him. Fostering not only saves lives but it also gives a dog some time to decompress from the constant, stressful, shelter environment. If you can foster, please do. If you can’t foster.. please consider taking dogs out on field trips for an hour or more to give them a break from the shelter.
Lastly, I have to thank every single person who liked, commented & shared his post. Social media is an incredible tool when used in a positive light.
Together, Boomer was saved and now has his forever family 💙🐾
