🚨 If your entire game is built around one dodge, defenders already know what’s coming…

💬 Comment “Shifty” if you want more information about our in person or virtual training.

🔥 Most players rely on the face dodge and split dodge every time they attack. The problem? Once defenders recognize the pattern, they take it away.

Our athletes don’t depend on one move because they’re trained to attack from every angle. 🎯

⚡ Multiple dodge combinations
⚡ Better footwork and body control
⚡ Counters when the first move gets stopped
⚡ More ways to create separation
⚡ More ways to score

The best attackers aren’t predictable. They’re dangerous because they always have another answer. 😤

Save this for your next training session and tag a teammate who needs to expand their offensive bag. 🥍🔥

Stop dancing around defenders… hit them first 😤

Comment “Train” if you want details on in-person or virtual sessions 👇

The punch step is how you create REAL separation. It’s aggressive, it’s intentional, and if you do it right… defenders freeze.

Here’s what we’re training with this med ball drill:
• Violent hip hinge to load power
• Dropping your level so your dodge actually threatens space
• Exploding through contact, not avoiding it
• Quick strike into your next move

Most players stay too high and too soft. That’s why they get clamped.

You want space? You have to TAKE it.

Save this and get reps in. Then come back and tell me how it felt 💬🔥
