My biggest advice going into recruitment is to be yourself, trust how you feel, and take it all in. It can feel like a lot at first, but you’ll end up exactly where you’re meant to be. Be genuine in your conversations and look for the sisterhood that truly feels like home. 🤍

I found that feeling in Zeta, and I’m so excited to meet all of you and watch you find your own home and people throughout recruitment! 🥰✨

Advice for PNMs: Don’t stress about trying to say the “right” things! Just be yourself and have fun getting to know everyone. Go into each conversation with an open mind and remember that recruitment is all about finding people you genuinely connect with! 💕

Something I’m excited for: Getting to meet all the new girls and making recruitment such a fun experience for everyone!

Recruitment Advice: Be yourself, keep an open mind, and trust the process! Don’t worry about trying to say the “perfect” thing. The right chapter will appreciate you for who you are, so focus on where you feel the most comfortable and can truly see yourself belonging. 🤍

Most Excited For: Getting to meet and talk to new PNMs, make new friendships, and watch everyone find where they feel at home! 🥰

As recruitment starts tomorrow, here are a few words from our amazing VP of Recruitment @lexinmueller 💌✨🎀

Dear PNMs,

Coming to college, I knew that I wanted to become apart of something bigger than myself and make my time at CMU meaningful. As an only child, I also always wondered what it felt like to have that type of bond between sisters. Because of this, I decided to go through recruitment, hoping to find a place where I could be myself, make a difference, become a leader, and build friendships that last beyond these four year. I can confidently say that I found all of that in Zeta.

I know recruitment can feel like a mix of emotions; it’s exciting, but you are also trying to make sense of it all. You don’t know where you will end up, but I promise you where you do, is where you are meant to be. I remember wondering if I was going to figure it all out. But I did figure it out, and you will too. Trust how you feel, and know that you deserve to be apart of a sisterhood that makes you feel at home. My advice is to be true to yourself, be genuine in your conversations, and take this entire experience in.

I found my home in Zeta, and being apart of this chapter has been one of best opportunities I have ever experienced. Being an only child, I never expected to find so many people who would feel like sisters, but that’s exactly what happened. This chapter has given me opportunities to grow, sisters I can count on, and memories I’ll cherish forever. I hope this experience leads you to a sisterhood that feels like home to you, too.

We are so excited to meet all of you and can’t wait to see what recruitment has in store! 🥰🥰

ZLAM,
Lexi Mueller 💌✨
