Titles may open doors, but they don’t secure eternity.

You can be called leader, CEO, pastor, influencer, entrepreneur

-respected by people, followed by many, applauded by crowds-and still miss the one thing heaven is actually watching.

Because God is not impressed by platforms. He’s not moved by titles. He doesn’t measure success the way the world does.

In Gospel of Matthew 25:23, the reward wasn’t given to the most visible-it was given to the most faithful.

Not the most famous.
Not the most followed.
Not the most powerful.
THE MOST FAITHFUL.

There is a day when every title fades.
Every platform goes silent.
and every spotlight turns off.

And in that moment, none of what we built for ourselves will matter-only what we were entrusted with, and what we did with it.

Did you serve when no one saw you?
Did you obey when it cost you?
Did you stay faithful in the hidden places, not just the public ones?

Because heaven’s highest honor is not:
“Well done, great leader.”
Well done, successful entrepreneur!
“Well done, influential pastor.”

It is this-
“Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Strip away the labels.
Lay down the need to be seen.
Let your life preach louder than your title ever could. #servant #faith

In his own words…

Do what you really love and
Do what you really believe in and
If that is the tree and
If that is Olive Tree People
I’m blessed and
I’m happy and
I share all of my love with you
For our mission and
For the trees 🫒❤️

I’ve learned that not every season asks the same thing of you.

There are seasons to build. Seasons to be still. Seasons where your family needs more of you. Seasons where God redirects your attention and asks you to be fully present somewhere else.

There is wisdom in knowing the difference.

The last season of my life has asked for a lot of me in places outside of this business. And while I’ve never stopped believing in what I’m building here, I haven’t always shown up for it in the way I know I’m capable of. Life tends to just happen even when you don’t want it to.

Maybe some of you didn’t even know this was such a meaningful part of my life. But it is.

Olive Tree People has given me far more than skincare and a paycheck. It has stretched me as a woman and a leader. It has brought incredible people into my life that will be lifelong friends. It has built a house for me and my family. It has challenged me to get uncomfortable, trust myself, grow in ways I didn’t expect, and build something that has been incredibly rewarding both personally and financially.

And lately, I’ve felt a shift. Not pressure to prove anything. Just a very clear feeling that there is more for me to pour into here, more women to love on, opportunities to say yes to, and more lives to change for the better.

I believe God gives us different assignments in different seasons, and right now I feel called to make more room for this one again.

To lead.
To serve.
To help other women see what might be possible for them.
And to steward the opportunity in front of me instead of simply being grateful that it exists.

And I’m really excited to see what happens when I give it more of me again.

Join me in moving from Glory to Glory 🕊️🫒✨

It’s honestly hard to put into words how much I love what I do. When I first stepped into this industry, I had no idea the community would impact my life on such a large scale… but what we have here is rare. It’s special. It’s something I’m grateful for every single day.

Getting to celebrate you all yesterday filled my heart in the best way. The room was full of laughter, connection, and new friendships forming, and those who weren’t able to make it, you were very missed! Our holiday party was collective celebration of 2025 and excitement for what 2026 is going to be.

Whether you’re plugged into our local Olive Tree community or part of the larger community across the US and now Canada, our intention is always the same: We want you to feel valued, celebrated, supported, and truly set up for success here.

We love you guys!

A special shout out to @leahflaming & @sable0x who co-hosted this beautiful Rosey & Bright Christmas party alongside me, and for being the two firsts to saying “yes” in doing this business with me.
