MOVE. RESET. RESTORE. ✨ Introducing THE AFTERGLOW: A Pilates + Skin Wellness Experience, in collaboration with LexipureSkin Aesthetics.

When: Wednesday, October 21 at 5:30 PM at KKRU.

We’ll begin with Classical Mat Pilates before transitioning into an interactive 50-minute Afterglow Skin Ritual led by Alexis Brown of LexipureSkin Aesthetics. Learn what happens to your skin after movement, how to properly care for it post-workout, and why an effective skincare routine doesn’t have to be complicated.

Guests will move through the ritual together (Cleanse. Mist. Restore) and take home some high-quality skincare samples to guide your new wellness routine. Sign up now at k-kru.com 🙌✨

✨ INTRODUCING: THE AFTERGLOW EXPERIENCE ✨

Lexipureskin × @thekkru

Where skincare and wellness meet. 🤍

Movement and skincare may seem like two different worlds, but they’re more connected than you think. Both play an important role in supporting your overall well-being, and we’re bringing them together to help you understand how to care for your skin beyond the treatment room.

Join us October 21st, following the 5:30 PM mat class, for an open-forum discussion where we’ll walk step by step through how to properly care for your skin post-movement. From understanding what your skin needs after a workout to building healthier skincare habits, this is your opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with your skin on a deeper level.

✨ Movement. Skin education. Intentional wellness.

📍 KKRU Pilates
📅 October 21st | Following the 5:30 PM mat class

RSVP your spot now! We can’t wait to share this experience with you. 🧘🏽‍♀️

One whole year with this KKRU. 🥹🧡 Yesterday was such a beautiful reminder of what this year has really been about — the people. The familiar faces, the new ones, the conversations, the movement, the support, and the community that continues to show up for us. Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us at VinoTeca, and to every person who has walked through our doors, taken a class, told a friend, shared a post, or simply cheered us on this past year!

We’re so grateful for what we’ve built together — and we’re just getting started. Here’s to Year 2. Keep Reaching Up. 🤍

Hehe thought we’d run it back!
This time it’s 2 vs 1.

So who is the yoga teacher ??

This time we have rolling like a ball— in yoga we often roll up to sit but in Pilates the action come from the core

Candlestick is super similar to shoulder stand

& Swan is basically Bujangasana (cobra)

Enjoying our similarities @thekkru

Happy International Pilates Day 🤍

Grateful to have found two passions that feed the same thing — a commitment to how you feel in your body.

Skin and movement. Both sacred. Both non-negotiable.

Two passions. One standard. ✨

Lexi Pure Skin was built on the same intention — because glowing skin and a strong body are both forms of devotion. 🤍
