30🩷

I remember being so scared of turning 30.

My twenties were SO good to me.

I found, married, and started a family with the love of my life.
I poured my heart into school and then started my career.
I carried friendships through each new version of myself and was surrounded by family every step of the way.

There were so many times I thought I knew exactly where I’d be when I hit 30. But it’s nothing like I thought it would be, in the BEST way.

Because I also left the career I thought I’d retire in to do something I’m even more passionate about.
In my twenties, I got to learn about health and wellness through nursing. Now I get to live it.
My twenties gave me the opportunity to coach and reignite my competitive drive to keep getting better, and now I get to help women do that every day.
My twenties reminded me, as my sister @kaylajpetree says, that I’ve always marched to the beat of a different drum. That I love a challenge, I love to grow, and I love proving to myself just how capable I really am.

I’m walking into 30 feeling more like myself than I ever have and I’m not scared at all.

Here’s to my next thirty years of not having it all figured out, and still feeling like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. 🩷

Jordan is so inspiring. She is so strong and prioritizing her health at such a young age when most aren’t is impressive!

@sarabeth40 and I worked together until I handed her over to Ang! She’s continued to show up and run the game plan. She manages a team in her job and one of the things I love most about her is she is always encouraging others to prioritize their health and helping them along the way!

28 minute workouts and tracking her macros with the LJW team has led to triathlons, running races, hotel gym workouts, and the confidence to do whatever her heart desires! 💕

@jordanabmeyer started with workouts and wasn’t seeing the results she wanted so she actually stopped for a bit. Then she said you know what “I’m going all in” and here she is today! She got back to the workouts, starting tracking her nutrition with the LJW team and prioritized her health and overall wellness! I couldn’t be more proud of her. At a young age doing what most aren’t is so impressive!

@_kelliecloutier is a mama. She has a literal human at the beginning of the year becoming a mom of 2 and locked in! She knows the importance in taking care of your own health for you and everyone around you! She shows up, puts in the work, and encourages others along the way!

These girls changed their lives and so can YOU! Whatever phase of life you’re in we’re here to support you to help you feel like the best version of yourself!!
