We’re so honored to be the social media team behind bringing this collaboration to life and getting to work alongside so many incredible brands, businesses + creatives.

There’s something so special about seeing everyone come together, create, connect, and support one another — and we feel incredibly lucky that Suede Socials gets to be a part of it all. 🥂

We absolutely loved working with everyone involved and capturing all the magic behind the scenes. This is exactly the kind of work we LOVE doing.

Here’s to bigger collaborations, more incredible brands, and so many exciting opportunities ahead. We’re just getting started. 🤍✨

no more gate keeping on my wellness routine here 🤭

If you know me you know my health/fitness journey has been a HUGE part of my life the past year!! Healthy skin is so much more than products - clear skin starts from within!! As a very acne-prone autoimmune + PCOS girly, my wellness routine is everything for me to look and feel my best. 🤍

• Spearmint tea to help manage high androgen levels + hormonal acne
• 7–8 hours of sleep every night
• Weight training 5–6x per week
• Using my Oura Ring to track my cycle + sleep
• Electrolytes + 100oz of water daily (I love the @santacruzpaleo_ electrolytes)
• Functional testing + following a custom protocol by @lexishadlewellness
• Infrared sauna + cold plunge 1–2x a week
• Wearing a continuous glucose monitor 3–4x a year to monitor blood sugar levels
• Peptide therapy
• Eating 100g of protein daily + prioritizing whole foods!!

Everyone’s body is different, but these habits have genuinely helped me so much with my skin, energy, hormones, and overall health ✨

INTRODUCING LEXI SHADLE WELLNESS…✨🤍

I’m so excited to officially launch my online private practice!

Lexi Shadle Wellness is my pride and joy, my deepest passion, and my greatest life purpose. My mission is simple: to help you achieve optimal health with a comprehensive approach that honors your bio-individuality and unique needs.

Through integrative health coaching, functional lab testing, and personalized protocols, we’ll work together to uncover and address the root causes of your symptoms, creating lasting, life-changing improvements in your health.

They say you are best equipped to serve the person you once were, and that couldn’t be more true for me. My journey to helping individuals heal from the inside out and take control of their health began with my own struggles.

For years, I struggled with cystic acne, recurring infections, chronic fatigue, horrific PMS, debilitating periods, weight gain, and digestive issues. I was tired of doctors telling me that my symptoms were “normal” when I felt anything but. This frustration lead me to seek answers and begin my journey to better health.

The transformation I experienced was more than just physical. I went from feeling powerless and frustrated by my symptoms to feeling empowered and in control of my health. I realized that true healing doesn’t come from treating surface-level symptoms — it comes from addressing root causes and unlocking the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

I’ve spent the last year immersing myself in the world of functional medicine and blood chemistry, working under the radar until I felt truly comfortable and confident in offering the highest level of care to my clients. Lexi Shadle Wellness is the result of that dedication — a safe, supportive space where you will feel heard, understood, and EMPOWERED to take control of your health.

My online doors are now open! Head to www.lexishadlewellness.com to learn more and book your free discovery call🤎
