The hardest goodbye ❤️ We are so proud of these 13 seniors as they close this chapter of their lives and start a new journey. You have led our team with grit and grace and there have been so many laughs along the way. You have made your mark on CDT. Go be great and remember, once a Cougar, always a Cougar. We love you!!

✨CDT SENIOR SPOTLIGHT✨

Our final senior, Lexi Trombley!

This is Lexi’s 2nd year on the Cougar Dance Team. Lexi brings such a fun energy to each practice. She is an awesome teammate and a friend to everyone. She has gorgeous kicks, a ton of sass and is a fantastic performer! 🤩

✨Some of Lexi’s favorite CDT memories include JV champs last year, senior retreat, placing 3rd at sections and dancing at STATE! Lexi will also always remember the feeling of performing our kick routine for the first time at South for the Winter this year. The energy in the gym was insane!

✨ Advice to her teammates and upcoming CDT dancers: Put yourself out there! Our team loves when you are your true self, so we can get to know you through the years. Always give it your all! The years go by so fast and I wish I would have been part of the team earlier. 🫶🏻

✨ Our team’s motto this year is “Make It Happen”. To Lexi, this means showing up to practice each day and putting in the hard work to achieve our goals. Lexi always shows up prepared, ready to work and #MakeItHappen

✨ Favorite routine: The Next Episode - Varsity Kick 23-24.

✨ Future plans: Lexi will be attending the University of St. Thomas in the fall and majoring in Business.

We are so proud of you, Lex! Two years wasn’t long enough to have you as our teammate. You are such a strong, powerful dancer and we can’t wait to see you back on the state floor this weekend. Cheering you on in all you do - much love! ❤️
