Lexie and Cooper did something during their sweet church wedding that I’ve never seen before — they opened their ceremony with a tribute to their parents and the role they’ve played in their lives. That moment, and the rest of the day, was truly beautiful.

A little Ollie update 💛 Many of you have asked how Ollie is doing since getting his prosthetic on November 17.

It’s been almost a month, and we are amazed by this little guy.

The first couple of clips are of Ollie at Thanksgiving practicing walking with his toy walker—something we didn’t know how quickly would come. The third is just a sweet moment with Preach reading to him, a reminder that this journey is made up of both milestones and ordinary, beautiful moments.

We’re grateful—for his determination, for skilled doctors and therapists, and for the love and prayers so many of you have wrapped around our family. 💛

This is my family: the people who will drop everything — even after a huge Thanksgiving meal — to race each other in inflatable costumes just because someone suggested it in a text thread.

We surprised the guys after dinner and told them to suit up. The girls joined in, the trash talk started immediately, and the park became our unofficial racecourse. Between the laughter, the wobbly running, and the cheering, my heart was so full.

Moments like this are why I love this crew.
No planning, no pressure — just pure, joyful fun.
Thanksgiving 2025: a day of gratitude, good food, and an inflatable race none of us will ever forget.

Back in May, our son Cooper married his beautiful bride, Lexie 🤍💍. These photos bring back all the joy of that incredible day.
