Happy Birthday 4th Rich Bestfriend!

May 18, 2022 At 4:41am I Gave Birth To My Heart Saint O’Shea J. Hall…. Lbs He Has A Different Nickname From Almost Everyone… Handsome Man, Pookie- Poo, Fat Daddy, & Baby Shawty (That’s What He Tells People To Call Him)… He’s By Far The Coolest Kid I Know & I Could Talk About Him All Day Long, But I’ll Leave It Short Because I Really Gave Birth To The Male Version Of Myself.

I Love You Today, Tomorrow, & A Lifetime

✨🦋 Butterfli Sisterhood Program Enrollment is Open! 🦋✨

The Butterfli Effect NFP is building bridges of sisterhood, faith, and transformation through our Butterfli Sisterhood Program — a one-on-one mentorship opportunity for girls and young women ages 9–24. Each mentee will be thoughtfully paired with a woman mentor who shares similar interests and values, meeting monthly in person, online, or hybrid to grow, learn, and blossom together.

🌸 This isn’t just mentorship — it’s a movement of faithful leadership, compassion, and transformation. Our mission is to nurture the next generation of young women as they discover their purpose, strengthen their confidence, and walk boldly in their God-given potential.

Through this program, mentees receive:
💜 Monthly mentorship meetings
💜 A 1:1 mentor match
💜 Opportunities to bloom + transform
💜 Guidance in faithful leadership and compassion

As Romans 12:2 reminds us:
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

At The Butterfli Effect, we believe every girl—regardless of her background—deserves that transformation. Together, we create spaces where confidence, character, and calling can unfold beautifully.

🌷 How to Join:
1️⃣ Fill out the Google Form (Link in Bio!)
2️⃣ Apply and await your match announcement

✨ Deadline: October 24 ✨
Don’t miss the chance to enroll a young lady in your life for a journey of faith, growth, and sisterhood.

✨ Mentors Needed — Be the Difference. ✨
At The Butterfli Effect NFP, we believe that every girl deserves a mentor who sees her potential, nurtures her growth, and walks beside her as she becomes the woman God created her to be.
We are actively seeking compassionate, faith-filled women to join our mentorship team. Our mentees are girls ages 8 to 24, and your investment in them—whether one hour or one year—can plant a seed that transforms generations.

👩🏽‍🏫 What You’ll Do as a Mentor:
✔️ Attend Monthly Mentorship Meetings
✔️ Be Matched 1:1 with a Mentee
✔️ Sow into Her Spirit, Mind, and Future
✔️ Lead with Faith, Compassion, and Consistency

Your support creates safe spaces for girls to grow in confidence, leadership, and identity. Whether you’re an educator, entrepreneur, mother, or simply someone with a heart to serve, YOU have something these girls need.

📌 How to Join:
1️⃣ Fill out our Google Form (scan the QR code or https://docs.google.com/forms/d/19s-xJisHF06jQzf_70gD62BN7iNYgc4RTOM6gI2Asfo/viewform
2️⃣ Wait for our team to follow up with next steps
3️⃣ Step into your calling as a mentor 💜

Together, let’s build a world where every girl—no matter her background—has the opportunity, confidence, and support to fulfill her God-given purpose.

💻 Apply now. Pray over it. Share this with someone who would be a great fit.

Etiquette Week was amazing! 🦋🥰 The Butterfli Effect taught our young ladies about how to properly conduct their selves, and they were nothing but great! 💕🤩 we played etiquette bingo, taught public & table manners, taught proper speaking habits, taught cultural competency, & more! 🌱🤍 Thank you to the girls and our staff for being so awesome, & also for your continued support! We have a couple community events coming up soon so look forward to that! 👀💜🫶🏾 #TheButterfliEffect #YouthEmpowerment #MentorshipMatters #NFP #Chicago
