🥊 THE WORK DOESN’T STOP WHEN YOU LEAVE THE GYM. 💥

High-level boxing demands speed, power, endurance, and precision. But if you’re constantly pushing your body without prioritizing recovery and maintenance, you’re leaving another important part of your performance behind.

Chiropractic care, mobility work, soft tissue therapy, and sport-specific rehabilitation can help fighters maintain movement quality, address mobility restrictions, and support their ability to handle the demands of training. 🦴💪

🥊 Train hard. Recover smarter. Perform at your best.

Whether you’re an amateur boxer, professional fighter, or combat sports athlete, don’t wait until something hurts to start taking care of your body.

📲 Fighters & coaches: DM me “FIGHTER” to discuss a recovery and maintenance plan tailored to your training demands!

🚨 YOUR MOBILITY MIGHT BE HOLDING YOU BACK.

You’re stretching. You’re lifting. You’re putting in the work. 💪 But are you moving as well as you could be?

Poor mobility can affect your squat depth, overhead movements, balance, and overall movement quality. And when your body struggles to move through certain ranges of motion, you may start compensating without even realizing it.

👀 Here are 3 signs to look out for:

1️⃣ Your heels lift when you squat 🦶
2️⃣ One side feels tighter than the other ⚖️
3️⃣ Your back arches or shoulders compensate when reaching overhead 🙋‍♂️

🔥 Remember: mobility isn’t just about flexibility. It’s about having the range of motion, strength, and control to move efficiently.

Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to move and feel better, don’t ignore the way your body moves.

👇 LET’S PUT YOU TO THE TEST!

Which movement gives you the MOST trouble?

🏋️ 1 — Squat
🦵 2 — Lunge
🙌 3 — Overhead Reach
🔄 4 — Rotation
