“The Chair Theory”
Full video out now on YouTube! Link in bio!

Some tables require us to prove, shrink, perform, and contort ourselves to be chosen. Others welcome you before you even sit down.

“The Chair Theory” is a reminder that belonging isn’t something we earn from the right people but something that is freely offered by those who love us for who we authentically are.

Sometimes the most loving and self respecting thing to do is to politely walk away from tables where you’re fighting for a seat and trust that the right people will find your table and pull up a chair. Remember you deserve love, kindness, respect, safety, and a sense of inherent belonging in all of your relationships ❤️

Thank you so so much to my amazing cast of dancers!!! You were all such a blessing to work with😭🫂 thank you sm for being apart of this and all the great energy you brought🤍🤍
