She was just starting to peak.

The hard work was paying off. Confidence was growing. Big goals were within reach.

Then everything changed.

A season-ending injury. Surgery. Rehab. Questions. Uncertainty.

When an athlete gets injured, the physical recovery is only part of the journey. The mental and emotional challenges can be just as difficult.

That’s why mindset training matters.

Together, we’re working on controlling what she can control, building confidence through the rehab process, strengthening her identity beyond her sport, and creating a vision for the athlete, and person, she’s becoming.

This chapter isn’t the end of her story.
It’s part of her comeback.

The strongest athletes aren’t defined by the setbacks they face, but by how they respond to them. 💙

Going through an injury? Send us a DM to hear more about how mindset training can strengthen your comeback!
