I’ve always felt at home at @editionhotels and the Reykjavík outpost is no exception. Not only is it Iceland’s only 5* establishment, but it’s home to TIDES - an epicurean hotspot that celebrates the best of Icelandic culinary traditions, with a suitable splash of international flair thrown in for good measure. And then there’s Tölt - one of Iceland’s only private member’s clubs and apparently one of Bjork’s favourite hangouts. Sadly I did not run into her there. 🦢. I just wish I’d had a bit more time on my fainting couch 🛋️. Takk fyrir for having me. @editionreykjavik 🙏 🇮🇸 🏨

Iceland. Home to bizarre lunar-like landscapes, microclimates that can’t make up their mind, gargantuan vehicles, some rather lovely people and a lot of cute sheep. 🇮🇸 🌈 ⛰️ 🌒 🐑

A dip in the Havammisvik hot spring feels like a warm hug from heaven - until you decide to take a plunge in the sea, that is. Pretty sure my immune system peaked in slide two. 😆 🌊 🥶. #iceland #havammisvik #travel #hotsprings 🇮🇸
