Before it was WRX, this was the old YogaWorks on Main Street. A space with so much history. Now we’re making new memories here with the same respect to the neighborhood

A little boxing. A little bouncing. Strength, movement, breathwork, and conversations that turn into friendships. Different people bringing their thing, sharing a space, and creating a community on Main St

That’s what I love about this place. A little scrappy, a lot of heart, and feels like home 🤍

This is where I guide breathwork. A place to pause, come back to yourself, and connect with your community

Come for a class. Stay for a conversation

🌕 HUNTER’S MOON CEREMONY 🌕

Full Moon in Taurus · Monday, October 26

Every month we gather at The WRX Studio under the full moon, and every time something special happens in that room. Strangers leave feeling like friends. People breathe through things they’ve been carrying for months. And there’s a quiet moment at the end of every soundbath when the whole room just softens. These ceremonies have become a little monthly reset for our community, and we can’t wait to share the next one with you. 🤍

The Hunter’s Moon is about preparation and gathering strength. It’s the moment to clear out what’s been weighing on you and hold onto what keeps you grounded.

Join us for an evening of:
✨ Yoga with @heartfluence
✨ Breathwork with @centerbreathwork
✨ A soundbath to close it all out
We’ll set an intention of clarity together, releasing what no longer serves us and nurturing what sustains us.

🗓 Mon, Oct 26 · 7:15–9 PM
📍 The WRX Studio · 2215 Main St, Santa Monica

🎟 SPECIAL OFFERS
→ The first 2 tickets are BUY 1, GET 1 FREE. Grab yours and bring someone you love 🤍
→ Current or past client of mine? DM me for a 20% off code 🌙

Whether it’s your first full moon with us or your fifth, there’s a place for you on the mat. Spots are limited. Tickets are at the link in bio, or scan the QR code on the flyer.
See you under the moon 🧡

So I’ve been doing a lot of deep diving and soul searching over the last 3-6 months. In August, before I went to Tahiti, I had a call with a spiritual mentor (let’s call it) and he asked me a question that pretty much rattled me. He said “so what brings you joy?”. I couldn’t answer the question.

Since I hung up, I’ve been finding my way back to things that bring more joy, more passion, more love and more fun.

Who knew we still had some fight in us? 😤

It’s not that HARD, to reach out and SAY HELLO 👋

Not everyone has days filled with LOVE ❤️
But we can push the CHANGE for them by simply
BEING PRESENT 🎁 because that’s the GIFT.

Send this to your friends,… the DAY ONE and you met them THIS YEAR friends 🥳
It’s NOT THAT HARD…….

This is the Rocky mindset. 🥊

It’s not about having it easy. It’s about showing up, staying disciplined, and continuing to move forward no matter what life throws at you.

Boxing has always been more than training to me — it’s focus, resilience, heart, and refusing to quit.

Every round. Every setback. Every challenge.
You keep moving forward.

If this speaks to you, let it be your reminder today: stay strong, stay focused, and keep fighting forward.

Save this for the days you need that extra push.

Follow @andyashtonfitness for more boxing, fitness & mindset.
