Meet Mariah Vegas, co-host of Record & Reset! 🎧 She serves as the Director of Marketing & Artist Experience for the residency, 1-on-1 development mentor, and workshop educator.

From live performances, artist branding, and understanding the person behind the art, Mariah brings a perspective rooted in helping creatives build something they can actually sustain. Rooted in research and real life experiences.

She’s the one to tell you when you got a boogey hanging, when the opportunity isn’t right, when you’re doing too much, and when it’s time to pause for self care. She handles business, but does it with compassion and consideration for the artist and the life they’re building.

You can’t teach integrity — it’s either built in or it’s not.
People love to scream “real” until it requires consistency, until it’s inconvenient, until it means standing on something when no one’s watching.

LezBeHonest — I’d rather move with five real ones who show up with purpose than fifty who only show up when it’s popular.
I don’t chase validation, I chase alignment. I don’t need crowds, I need conviction.

Because at the end of the day, loyalty isn’t about staying when it’s easy — it’s about standing when it’s not.
And I’m building something too grounded, too intentional, too real to keep carrying people who only clap when it benefits them 💯
