Sometimes the life you think you want isn’t actually yours. It’s what looked successful. What felt safe. What you absorbed from social media, survival mode, family, expectations, or the version of you that was just trying to keep up. This session is about getting quiet enough to hear something underneath all of that. Join us June 6 at 10:30 AM at the Dixon Creative Center for a Breathwork & Sound Bath with @xoxobanzai — a guided experience with breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and journaling. During the manifestation meditation, you’ll be guided into your future life and asked to really feel it — from the moment you wake up. After journaling, we’ll revisit it a second time. Because usually the second vision is the honest one. Cold brew from @reinnesplace will be available before class (while supplies last) June 6 • 10:30 AM 📍Dixon Creative Center 3920 4th St #longbeach Bring a yoga mat, journal + pen, and come as you are.
