While yesterday was a heavy day it doesnt have to be. At Three Danes Wellness everything can be scaled to meet you where you are at while allowing you to challenge yourself and have fun.
Deadlift mimics the real-life motion of safely picking up heavy objects (like groceries, children, or furniture) from the ground, reducing the risk of daily injury. Plus the heavy external loading on the skeleton stimulates bone development, which is crucial for preventing age-related bone loss and osteoporosis.

WE INTERRUPT YOUR FEED TO BRING YOU AN AMAZING
✨✨OOOOO AAHHHH YESSSSS GIRL✨✨ MOMENT

We just want to start off by saying you can absolutely do anything you put your mind to. You are strong…definitely stronger than you think and you are totally capable of more than you realize. You can do it—you can do it excited, nervous, scared, shy, thrilled beyond belief even…just like Lyn!! Lyn joined us last summer very very nervous for her first day. If Coach Leo and Coach Cannoli weren’t in class that day, I’m not sure Lyn would have come back 😜.

The BEST PR Lyn continues to give herself is Showing Up. She walks in, works hard, and does not give up on herself. She is stronger for it…and not just physically either. After our first Nutrition Seminar Lyn signed up for 8 weeks Nutrition and look at her results from the last 4 weeks!! Beautiful, Steady, Consistent Progress.

📣📣 WAY TO GO LYN 📣📣
You continue to grow EVERY SINGLE DAY!!
Keep it up

What a day. Amazing, inspirational, phenomenal were all words that were used to describe today…and even then we feel that we could still keep searching for the words that would do today’s marathon row justice.

👉🏼Camaraderie
💪🏼Determination
🤩Fun
🤍Family

5 Teams each rowed A Marathon today. 5 Teams each cheered one another on. 5 Teams each laughed, celebrated, danced, squatted, and guessed their best on trivia questions. 5 Teams (22 people) all came together to support one another and say thanks to our veterans. And that made today one of the best days we have had here at Three Danes.

💲💲1️⃣2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ raised to support our veterans

Thank you, EVERYONE

ALL are welcome, always
