POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It has been a busy month for @iamrickydickson, retired CEO of Blue Bell Creameries, with speaking engagements across Texas.

From Lake Hills Church to the Sunbelt Builders Show, Ricky had the opportunity to connect with audiences, sharing stories from his career and lessons on resilience, purpose, and values-based leadership.

As National Ice Cream Month comes to a close, it's been especially fitting to reflect on the experiences that shaped Ricky's time at Blue Bell and the opportunity to continue sharing those lessons with others.

Thank you to @lhcatx and the @sunbeltbuildersshow for the warm hospitality. Ricky is grateful for every opportunity to encourage leaders, share his journey, and connect with audiences across the country.

What is the role of the church in a rapidly growing city? How do we stay connected?

I loved this conversation with Mac Richard. Thank you @macrichardatx for your wisdom, your authenticity, and the way you continue to serve our city. Austin is better because of people like you. 🙏🏻

Everyone has an Austin story. Before Mac Richard led Lake Hills Church, he was a University of Texas college student who found himself falling in love with the city - and its live music scene.

In this episode of Words in a Waymo, Mac shares how he first landed in Austin, reveals a fun nugget that might surprise you all 🎤, and explains what brought him back years later.
