Happy National Coaches Day!

Today, I’m celebrating and showing appreciation for all the coaches I’ve had the privilege of working with. Coaching is not easy it takes patience, sacrifice, dedication, and a whole lot of heart!!

To every coach who continues to pour into their athletes, lead through the tough moments, celebrate the wins, and keep showing up through it all, thank you. Your impact goes far beyond routines and accolades.

I’m always grateful for the coaches I’ve worked alongside and will continue to celebrate and support you every step of the way.

Happy National Coaches Day! ❤️🏆

A little piece of where it all began. 🤍

My first year as a personal trainer started during the COVID shutdown, and these clients were there at the very beginning.

They watched me grow. They watched me learn, make mistakes, evolve, and figure things out along the way.

And they still showed up.

They trusted me with their goals, their bodies, their struggles, and their journeys while I was growing through my own.

That experience taught me something I’ll never forget: being a trainer isn’t about being perfect. It’s about leading by example.

It’s about showing people that life will change, circumstances will change, you will change—and you can still choose yourself through all of it.

To every client who trusted me during that first year: thank you. 🤍

Thank you for believing in me before I had everything figured out. Thank you for your dedication, your trust, and for allowing me to be part of your transformation.

You were part of mine, too.

I’ll always be grateful for where we started. #trainhard #personaltraining #weightlifting #fitnessreels #fitness
