🌦️ RAIN? WHO CARES… THERE’S PIZZA! 🍕😂 Between the showers this week, we headed up to Mirko’s @pizzaup2026 van at the top of Roath Park Lake. Pizza to take away, pizza to munch on the walk — and that sauce?! 🤌🔥 Absolutely banging. And he does a breakfast menu too. Authentic. Affordable. Proper tasty. And loads of character thrown in for good measure. 🌦️🍕 Next time you’re caught between showers, head to Pizza Up! Don’t stay in! #PizzaUp #PizzaTime #LocalPizza #roathparklake #authenticpizza

Skateboard Pilates 🛹 + Sauna & Cold Plunge Social 🧊🔥 Our second social, in collaboration with Spit & Sawdust and Hot 2 Cold Sauna, was such a great day! Thank you to everyone who agreed to be filmed and photographed during our Skateboard Pilates session. 🧘‍♀️🛹 Three of us Southern hemisphere girls also braved the sauna as well as being refreshed in the  cold plunge and bucket shock in over 25 degrees — amazing! 🔥🧊 It was brilliant to see people joining in however suited them — for Pilates, the plunge, or simply dropping in for food and a catch-up. ❤️ Huge thanks to the fantastic team at Hot 2 Cold Sauna for their support. We can’t wait for more collaborations! Would you brave Pilates on a skateboard? 👀 #Pilates #Cardiff #SkateboardPilates #ReformerOnASkateboard #coldplunge
