☀️🌴 Baby moon, bump, & dump!

#Mypregnancyjourney #BabyMoon #CancunMexico #ParentstoBe #BabyBump

Mama & baby boy’s first submerge in the pool 🥹 is absolutely a BIG DEAL!

Big Mama & DaDa Man’s first vacay day out + the 1st time I felt sexy all pregnancy!

Embodying the sexy mama within😝

🌊🖤🤞🏾

Mama, take it from me, skip the sugary drinks or schedule your Glucose test before the baby moon! These delicious virgin pinacolada’s likely sent my glucose levels sky high 🥹. 3-hour otw.

When God adds or subtracts from your life, don’t complicate things. His vision for your life is laid out. Not everyone will get it & not everyone is meant to be apart of it. Take notes.

You never know who you’ll meet on these trips or the impact they’ll have on your life. Embrace em —> hey family!

Sis, there is absolutely NO SHAME in NAPPING. Honestly, the baby moon might be the best time to do it 😝.

🍹🖤🕺🏿

Passport cases to commemorate our baby moon & etch our parental nick names in stone!

@cricut got its first real use out of for this project!

✌🏾😘🌴

Poolside everyday because you (we) can! Just apply and REAPPLY the sunscreen girl! Pregnancy skin is SENSITIVE!

Me: more bump pics please & thank you!

No better reason to toast up than for OUR SON! FR, take the baby moon (especially first time parents), not only for the relaxation but for the reconnection! Worth every minute and every dime—10 fold!

7th all time university of Iowa History. 13.4. 3 surgeries. 6 relays championships. 8 state titles. USA U20 top 10. And it ends on a random Wednesday with a hamstring injury…

My time as an athlete has been a rollercoaster of injuries, highlights, tears and thrills. It has been the longest relationship of my life and the one I will forever cherish. However, it’s time to walk away after fighting for it for as long as my body could. And with that…

A thank you to waukee for raising me in the sport, to northwest for making me realize I could do anything, and to Iowa, for fighting for me as I fought hard for you. Thanks to coaches: Duea (Jim and Ben), Pries, Douglas, Young, Brondyke, Chapman, Davis, Washington, Woody and a bunch more. Thanks to alllllll of my teammates whether we haven’t spoke since 8th grade track or my best friends at Iowa now. Without you I wouldn’t have found sm joy

And lastly. Thank you to my family and my dad. The most supportive, loving and cheering family I could have EVER asked for. Because of you I did the things I did, and because of you I feel so confident in my time ending. You were track and field. Your love got me here and I am so thankful to have you. Dad, we did it, not how we thought it’d go, but we did it.

Track and Field, you have been so loved. Thanks for it all❤️

USATF Indoor Track Nationals 2026

You give it your legs, your lungs, everything you had before anyone was watching. And still it asks for more. That’s the cruelty of speed. That’s the beauty of it. You either have it or you’re chasing it. Through years that didn’t make sense, through struggle that felt like it was leading nowhere. And then you step into a fieldhouse with the best athletes in America and something shifts. The crowd, the competitors, the noise, the silence before the gun. Suddenly every piece of it fits. Every sacrifice finds its place in the story. This is what it was building toward.
