This deserves its own post, and I don't even have all the pics yet! The quality of the cosplay costumes and the people's creativity, dedication and attention to details is what makes the atmosphere at the convention unique! Starfury Invasion is the best fan convention in the UK in my opinion, and one that I hope to make a tradition in attending every year!

P.S: if you know people that I haven't tagged yet please let me know so I can tag and connect with them🫶

This photo is very important to me because I didn’t have the chance to attend today’s events. My dear friend Liam met Ivanna today and told her about me, and hearing that Ivanna knew of me made me so happy. She has a very special place in my heart. I truly thank him for these photos and for mentioning me to Ivanna. I also want to thank my other friends who attended the event and mentioned me. I love you all so much.

Being a Star Wars fan has taken me to a lot of places, and I've met a lot of people along the way. Yet the past weekend is a real highlight on the journey so far.

Travelling to a con I'd never done before was a cool experience, and the guests attending were all extremely personable and kind. Not to mention the fact the line-up included Ahsoka main cast members along with a spread of characters from across the galaxy. But, the friends made over the weekend were the real unexpected highlight. Thanks to each and every one of you for turning an unreal weekend into an unforgettable one. See you next year!

And, of course, thank you to my partner in crime @laurithehobbit for being the best travel buddy, con friend, and partner anyone could ask for 🖤

Side note - this is a picture of my pass BEFORE I got an official warning and got it clipped. A real weekend of firsts...

had the absolute best weekend at Invasion 2024, thank you so so much @starfuryevents for such a wonderful con.

never in my life did i think i would get to meet Mary Elizabeth Winstead, she’s meant so much to me from such a young age, as her in Sky High was one of the first ever women in media i realised i had a crush on. as I got older, to see her as Ramona Flowers in Scott Pilgrim, then Hera in Star Wars has just been incredible. she is such a kind, warm and beautiful human, i actually can’t believe this weekend was real 😭

every other guest was absolutely amazing, i feel so lucky to have met them all and really do hope to meet them again soon 🥺

and on top of all that i found the most amazing people to spend time with at the con, thank u all sm for your wonderful company, i cannot wait to see you all next year ❤️

“Hi Hera, I’m home”

Absolutely amazing weekend at @starfuryevents , couldn’t have met a nicer group of friends and the guests were phenomenal. Now I’ve got to get back to a normal sleep schedule. May the force be with us 📸 @liam.buckley18 #starfury #ahsoka #andor #mandalorian #starwars
