KEEP GOING.

The strongest version of you is buried under the habits you’re afraid to break.

Hold onto HOPE.

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭18‬-‭25‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Challenges can either push you toward fear or deeper trust in God. When pressure builds, it becomes clear what you are leaning on for strength. God is not distant in hardship. He is your protector, your source of endurance, and your help when your own strength runs low. Trusting Him does not mean the challenge disappears immediately. It means you continue forward knowing He is sustaining you through it. Strength from God is not just about surviving difficulty. It is about remaining steady, faithful, and grounded while walking through it.

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭28‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

KEEP GOING.

I give it all to you God.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. “You heard me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. I have told you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe. I will not say much more to you, for the prince of this world is coming. He has no hold over me, but he comes so that the world may learn that I love the Father and do exactly what my Father has commanded me. “Come now; let us leave.”
‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭27‬-‭31‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Shame tells you to hide. It keeps you stuck replaying what you did, defining you by your worst moment. But that’s not how God works. Through Christ, your sin is not just covered, it’s removed. Forgiveness is not partial or temporary. It is complete. If you keep carrying shame after repentance, you are holding onto something God has already taken from you. Let it go.

“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
Romans 8:1 NIV

The Holy Spirit cannot be taken away from you. Constant.

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭51‬:‭10‬-‭12‬ ‭NIV‬

KEEP GOING.

Your old identity is dead. You are not who the world says you are, not your wins, not your failures, not your reputation. Your real life is hidden with Christ, which means it is already secure, already defined, already complete. Stop trying to prove what God has already established.

“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭2‬-‭5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

If you knew what Jesus could do in your life—> you wouldn’t be putting your hands in so many wells.

“Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.” The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty and have to keep coming here to draw water.” He told her, “Go, call your husband and come back.” “I have no husband,” she replied. Jesus said to her, “You are right when you say you have no husband. The fact is, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband. What you have just said is quite true.” “Sir,” the woman said, “I can see that you are a prophet.”

Suffering with purpose.

Trust the faithfulness of the One who writes your story.

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4‬:‭16‬-‭18‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do not measure your problems by your strength. Instead, measure them by the greatness of Christ.

““Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5‬:‭24‬-‭27‬ ‭NIV‬‬
