Congratulations to Liam Vollans on being named the 2026 Ontario Series Lacrosse Rookie of the Year! 🏆🥍

Making an immediate impact in your first season is one thing, but leading the entire league in goals scored while doing it is something special.

Liam’s relentless work ethic, natural scoring ability, and dedication to the game made him one of the most exciting players to watch all season long.

This recognition is well deserved, and we couldn’t be prouder to have you representing the James Gang.
Congratulations, Liam!💛💚

D2 Men’s · Current TSL Top Ten 🥍

2 of TSL’s top 10 alive. The rematch we wanted is set.

Alive:
No. 1 @utampamlax (18.53) — Beat Anderson SC 13-7 in the semis. Now 21-1, gunning for revenge after last year’s OT loss in the title game. Tampa has been TSL’s overall No. 1 for the back half of the season.

No. 2 @adelphimlax (18.04) — 19-0. Handled @molloy_mlax 19-4 in the semis — 15-goal margin. The Panthers already own the record for most D2 men’s titles all-time (9). Hunting three straight this Sunday. Led the country with 11 USA Lacrosse All-Americans.

Out:
No. 3 @lrumlax — Three-time defending South Region power fell 9-7 to SAC rival Anderson SC in the QFs. Donovan Powell — USA Lacrosse 1st Team All-American — was the lone bright spot.

No. 4 @sahawksmlax — Stunning. The Hawks lost in the first round to @smcmenslax 9-8. @quinn_gannon , USA Lacrosse 1st Team All-American at FO, couldn’t save them. @stahawksmlax announced last month they’re moving to D3 in 2028 — this was the program’s second to last D2 tourney bid.

No. 5 @lewismlax — Flyers earned their first-ever QF appearance after squeaking past @newberrysports 15-14 in the first round, then ran into Tampa 12-9. Three All-Americans on the roster.

No. 6 @autrojansmlax — The bracket’s biggest Cinderella. Beat No. 2 Wingate 21-13 in the 1st round (in Wingate), then No. 3 Lenoir-Rhyne 9-7 in the QFs. Run ended in the semis vs Tampa 13-7. Three top-seven TSL teams eliminated by the Trojans in three games.

No. 7 @wingatemlax — No. 2 seed in the South. Tournament lasted one game. The Anderson upset was the story of the bracket.

No. 8 @floridatech_mlax — Tournament debut. 12-5 with the No. 8 scoring defense in D2. Drew tournament heavyweight Lenoir-Rhyne and fell 15-8.

No. 9 @pacemlax — Took No. 1 Adelphi to a 12-5 QF. @willdanowski earned 1st Team All-American at attack.

No. 10 newberrymlax — First-ever NCAA bid for a program that’s only existed since 2018. Lost a single-goal heartbreaker to Lewis 15-14. Four Americans on the roster (@liam_vollans, @gage.vigar, David, and Morrison). A program announcing itself.
