Making Cricket slightly more ridiculous than it already is

Forget the IPL. Forget the Ashes. The biggest cricket rivalry in our house is officially underway. 🏏😂

Introducing MINI CRICKET with @ellisgotgame

Small bat. Big attitude. Absolutely no respect for Dad’s bowling.

And the best part? He genuinely thinks he’s better than me. At this rate, he probably will be.

This is what growing cricket is all about. Making it fun, creating memories and getting the next generation hooked.

Be honest, who’s backing Ellis to beat me? 👇

CAN GOLF ACTUALLY MAKE YOU A BETTER CRICKETER? ⛳🏏

I’ve fallen completely in love with golf and the more I play, the more I realise just how much it has in common with cricket.

The timing. The balance. The concentration. The mental battles. And that ridiculous feeling when you hit one absolutely perfectly.

Two very different sports. Two very similar obsessions. But here’s what I really want to know…

Could spending more time on the golf course actually improve my cricket? 👀

🏏 Cricketers, do you play golf?
⛳ Golfers, have you ever picked up a cricket bat?

Settle the debate in the comments. 👇

What if America’s next cricket star hasn’t picked up a bat yet? 🏏🇺🇸

For now, I’m just trying to get Ellis to hit the ball without taking out the car 😂 But this is where it starts. A driveway. A bat. A kid having fun.

So many young people in America have never tried cricket. How much potential is waiting for that first chance?

That’s why we’re building Cricket Impact Play at @cricketimpactgrp!

More kids playing. More friendships. More moments like this! Maybe Ellis will get picked up by an @mlc team soon. @sfounicorns? @mlcseattleorcas?

Tag someone who needs to get their kids into cricket 👇

THIS ENGLISH CRICKET CONTENT CREATOR ONLY KNOWS ONE WEST INDIES PLAYER?!🏏😂
I quizzed @liambeforewicket about West Indies cricketers at the Beach Cricket Blast in Barbados hosted by the @cricketimpactgrp, and somehow, every answer seemed to be Jason Holder!🇧🇧🏏🤣 No matter what I asked him, the answer was:“Jason Holder”😂 Was Liam genuinely struggling with his West Indies cricket knowledge, or was he just winding me up?! 🤔🤣
Thank you Liam for taking my quiz, but you need to brush up on your knowledge of West Indies cricket! 😂🏏 Was he kidding or was he serious? Tell me in the comments!👇🤣
