Unforgettable

Getting ready to perform Unforgettable on the Main Stage at @royalballetandopera this week for the Centenary Celebration of @royalballetschool - Grateful and excited to bring this piece back for such an iconic occasion!

Unforgettable explores the rise of celebrity worship. A phenomenon in which fans enter a state of possessed euphoria and project a religious hope onto their idol. This not only affected society but also the artists themselves. The work reflects on the struggles and loneliness that come with fame. What was it like to become famous in a world unfamiliar with fame and idolisation?

Swipe for some fun rehearsal footage 🕺
