Lääne / Восток (translation West, East)

Title design for Lääne / Восток, a documentary by Swiss filmmaker Elia Canevascini about the border region (and the tensions connected to it) between Estonia and Russia. The typography reflects the emotional distance between the two countries and moves within the credits from West to East (a reference to the title).

It really was a pleasure to be working on this beautiful film together with Elia and Liam.

Hallo iedereen!

Liefste groetjes, Malory 💛
