MOVEMBER 2026 🥸👊

After an overwhelming response to our previous video, we’ve decided to really go for it this November.

We’re doing 3 things to raise money and awareness for men’s health and men’s mental health.

🥸 1. GROW A MO WITH US

This is the big one.

We already have a good crew committed, but we want as many lads as possible growing a moustache for Movember.

You don’t have to be a gym member — you just have to be willing to sacrifice the upper lip for November 😂

Strength in numbers. The more lads involved, the more awareness we can create and hopefully the more money we can raise.

👉 Want in? DM us or contact us directly and we’ll get you signed up. We’d genuinely love to have you involved.

👊 2. MEN’S CLUB — EVERY THURSDAY

A completely FREE one-hour training session every Thursday throughout November, from around 6:15pm — exact times to be confirmed.

Come in, train, have the craic, meet a few lads, grab a coffee and have a chat.

✅ Members & non-members welcome
👥 Bring a mate
💸 No charge

🧠 3. MEN’S WORKSHOP — SATURDAY 28TH NOVEMBER

We’ll finish the month with a men-only workshop including:

🧘‍♂️ Pilates with Finnian Cawley
🏋️ Strength workshop
🗣️ Men’s mental health talk — guest speaker TBC

More details on that to follow.

But for now, we want moustaches 🥸

Tag a mate who should do it, share this around, and most importantly DM us if you want to officially join the Movember crew.

Train. Talk. Connect. 👊

Sometimes, the biggest opportunities begin with simply being in the right room, at the right time. ✨

In a little village in southern Spain, songwriters have found inspiration, formed lasting connections, and created songs that travelled further than they ever imagined.

Three Eurovision entries were written here:

🇦🇿 Cleopatra — Azerbaijan 2020
🇱🇻 Hollow — Latvia 2024
🇭🇷 Poison Cake — Croatia 2025

It's amazing what can happen when the right people come together in the right place.

And this November, we're doing it all again. 🌅

DARK MODE loading… 🖤

Made with blood, sweat, tears and probably a few questionable decisions.

These 5 songs revolve around themes of betrayal, spiralling, self-doubt, losing myself and slowly figuring out who the hell I actually am. I wanted to take the darkness, turn the volume up and let you hear it.

Coming next week. 🩸presave in bio 🖤

And none of it would exist without the people who helped bring this little monster to life: @liamgeddesmusic , @thilokilo , @sarahkeane_music , @aron.cahill , @aminjoumah, @sara_merran & @vivyd.media . Forever grateful. 🖤
