When @liamleonard9167 was little, we used to walk to the restaurant during the day so he could have a bowl of ravioli, say hello to the customers, make himself a Shirley Temple, and spend time with his Aunt Patti (@ppalamidessi).

He always had a Matchbox car in each hand—every. single. day. On those afternoons, he and Aunt Patti would send those little cars flying across the bar floor. Customers would often jump in, pick them up, and send them right back.

It wasn’t just a restaurant—it was a place filled with family, laughter, and a community that helped create some of our favorite memories. Looking back, those simple moments are the ones that mean the most.

To my fellow Christian Brothers Alumni,

Our Falcon community is grieving the tragic loss of Jaden DeJesus Eves, a beloved son, friend, and brother to so many.

Jaden was my son’s best friend since the 2nd grade. Over the years, he became like a second son to me — always in our home, always part of our lives, always bringing laughter, loyalty, and light wherever he went. He was deeply loved, and his absence leaves a space in our hearts that can never be filled. He and my son, Liam,
Both raised without siblings, they created their own brotherhood — built on loyalty, laughter, shared life and LOVE for basketball.
As members of the Christian Brothers alumni family, I am asking that we come together to support the De Jesus-Eves family as they navigate this unimaginable heartbreak. If you are able, please consider making a gift to help ease the burden during this time of mourning.

No contribution is too small. What matters most is that we show up — in generosity, in love, and in prayer.

Please keep the DeJesus-Eves family lifted in your prayers. Pray for strength, comfort, and peace that surpasses all understanding.

St. John the Baptist de La Salle, pray for us.
Live Jesus in our hearts, forever.

With love and a heavy heart,
Erica

Lateral quickness is the difference between getting beat and locking down. 🏀💨 Building explosive side-to-side movement helps athletes react faster, stay in front of their defender, and create separation on offense. Don’t just train straight ahead- train to move in every direction with speed and power. ⚡️

STRONG hips = EXPLOSIVE athletes 🔥 Resistance bands don’t lie they expose weakness and build strength where it matters. Hip flexor power is the secret sauce to speed, agility, and dominance. #hipflexorstrength #explosiveathlete #resistancebandtraining #livetraintenacious

Being explosive isn’t just about looking athletic- it’s about playing athletic. Whether you’re going for a dunk, breaking off the line, or making a quick cut, your ability to generate power fast is what sets you apart.

Training for bounce and explosiveness builds fast-twitch muscle, strengthens joints, and teaches your body how to absorb and redirect force- key to both performance and injury prevention.

If you’re not training to be explosive, you’re missing out on speed, power, and longevity. Stay bouncy. Stay ready.

Every athlete needs bounce in their bag.

Whether you’re a hooper going for that second jump rebound, a football player bursting off the line, a baseball player exploding through a swing, etc…explosiveness separates the good from the elite.

Training your bounce isn’t just about jumping high…
It’s about developing power, speed, and body control that transfers to real game situations.

If you’re not training your bounce, you’re leaving performance on the table.
Start building that pop-because every sport demands it

Whether you’re trying to jump higher, explode faster, or build real power that translates to the court or field, the VertiMax delivers. It trains speed, vertical, strength, and stability all in one — with resistance that moves with you

@lt2sh1fty heading into his freshman year of high school locked in on becoming quicker, stronger, faster, and more explosive as he prepares for a big basketball season ahead. We’re focused on developing the athleticism he needs to perform at a high level on the court!
