Yvette Aguaristi will be back in the ring on September 12th. She is going up in weight and will be facing RSMT Champion Danielle Downen for the ISKA Regional Title. This will be Yvette’s 4th Title fight in the last 6 months. We are looking forward to the challenge. This one will be a great fight against a respected camp and fighter!

I’m proud and grateful for my team.
55 Ring Fights in 8 months and 40 plus MDLs and PKBs. 12 Title Fights. Traveling Internationally and Nationally. We haven’t had a break but this is what we do and love. The goal is to get to 100 Fights in the building and get as much experience as possible for those that have bought into the program. Win, Lose or Draw make sure we are working on the process, being a good teammate and giving back to the people around you. It’s not about you, It’s about your team!! We have four more months to hit our goal. This season will be the best one yet.

We are trying to build process oriented athletes!

The Process Oriented athlete, although concerned with success, is also concerned with how that success occurs. They are concerned with their performance during their pursuit and will ask themselves questions such as: Did I perform better than last time or did I improve in the areas I was focusing on? I won, but did I play by the rules and show good sportsmanship? If I keep improving the way I am will I be a champion?

Results Oriented athletes focus more on the now while Process Oriented athletes focus more on the future.
