Auditing @liautobody social media 🔍👇

Rating: 4/10

There's clearly been real effort put into social here — an actual presence exists, unlike a lot of shops I review. But it's stale and rigid: content is just static pictures, and ads are limited to one running per platform (including Google), with no real strategy behind either. BMW certification, OEM credentials, lifetime warranty — this shop has real substance to work with, but the content and ads aren't capturing any of it.

What needs to be fixed:

🎥 Content — way too static. Just posting pictures isn't enough anymore. Needs a real content system: before/after video transformations, talking head vids explaining OEM/BMW certification value, process walkthroughs, customer reaction content — all video-first, not photo-first. Build this into an actual content machine, not one-off posts.

📢 Ads — only one ad running per platform, including Google. That's leaving most of the available reach and targeting on the table. Needs multiple ad variations testing different angles (certification trust, insurance-handled-for-you, lifetime warranty) to actually bring down cost per click and CPM instead of running stale on one creative indefinitely.

🪝 Hooks and CTAs — ads and content both need stronger hooks in the first 1-2 seconds and a clear action every time ("book your free estimate," "link in bio," "call now") instead of just showing the work and hoping people figure out the next step.

🎬 Video format overhaul — shift from static images to short-form video built for the platform (fast cuts, captions, hooks) across both organic and paid.

Real effort has clearly gone in already. Now it needs a real content and ad system layered on top to turn that foundation into consistent leads. 🔥
