What a Power Camp workout looks like:

We start with mobility and activation, then get into the workout. Every class brings a fun challenge with options to make it doable for all fitness levels.

Weekly focus:
Mon: Upper + cardio
Tues: Legs + core
Wed: Full body conditioning
Thurs: Conditioning + core
Fri: Glutes + shoulders + cardio bursts

Free week is happening this week at Gilbert!

Our new session starts Oct 19 at Gilbert and Morrison Ranch. HYROX training will also be at Morrison Ranch.

Rollercoaster & beach fun last wk with my 3 😍 + 18th BD🎂🎉. Those rides are intense 😮🤗. #sixflagsfun #santamonicapier Anybody else been? Your fave ride? It was my 1st x. Scary fun 🫣😃. So happy we were able to pull it off before school starts again. Summer moments 💕.
