Happy Monday!

I hope you all had an amazing weekend.

Spring is upon us and the days are getting brighter, I LOVE IT.

This is when I remove myself from hibernation and start running like Gump🤣 Absolute miles on ends until my shins won’t allow me to go any further.

I loveee my Monday mornings with mine and Kyah’s little group. Week in week out people show up, remaining consistent or giving it a shot. Showing up for themselves.

Smaller group today but just want to say well done to these little rockets. Some of these girls have been consistent from the start and I’m so proud of em! The results are showing!

Pick something you are going to remain consistent with this week and smash it!🚀

Have a good week😚

MAGIC MONDAYS BACK AGAIN🏃🏽‍♀️💕
@kyahlomax

Firstly, thank you to each of you that came again. & welcome to the newbies!☺️ We are so proud of you all. A lot of the group traveled in to come on their day off which is SICK!

Small acts of discipline will make big changes!💕

A big well done to Christie & our Jo for hitting their new PB’s! Setting new levels each week. WE LOVE IT!

A few of the group expressed how nervous they were to try running. They have thrown themselves in and said ‘I’m gonna try anyway’ & they smashed it!

Running is for anyone, you just have to be willing to start! Same time next week

Grateful for you all.

LIPA •’20-‘22• very emotional week but I’m so proud of everyone for these hard but rewarding past two years. Honestly met some of the most supportive people! After having an extremely hard few months and not being sure whether I’d be able to dance in the show- I couldn’t be more grateful for this group of people ❤️ can’t wait to see where everyone’s journey take them! Love you all x
