Dairy Free Pumpkin Crinkle Cookies! I adapted these from @tasteofhome just to make them dairy free (i also added extra vanilla for full disclosure!) They are incredible!!! Like pumpkin puffy sugary pillows! With all the crinkle cookies I’ve ever made, I’ve always coated with confectioners sugar only. This particular recipe has you coat in a mixture of granulated and confectioners and I was curious as to why. One bite and I understood, it almost gives the top not only the sweetness, but a crisp from the melted sugar that’s incredible. Let me know if you want to give these a try they were outrageously delicious and dare I say the perfect fall cookie!!!! 🎃 🍪 🎃 . . . . . #tasteofhome #dairyfree #dairyfreecookies #dairyfreedessert #milkfree

When a delicious crumb cake collides with pumpkin cookies you get these! The cookies are perfectly spiced, they’re thick and soft and filled with a tasty crumb topping. I strayed from the recipe’s Maple Icing and winged it using powdered sugar and Sally’s Homemade Pumpkin Coffee Cream. That’s it. The creamer is perfectly flavored with pumpkin and fall spices and sweetened with Crown Maple syrups. I added some of my homemade vanilla bean paste for good measure. These really are the perfect cookies for this time of year! Btw…these cookies use pumpkin pie spice. Sally has a great recipe for it and it’s all I ever use. So much better than store bought, just make sure you buy good quality spices for the best flavor. I use Penzey’s but any good brand will make this spice blend shine! What I eat every day as an (almost 2 years old) English Cream golden Retriever. Consistency is key and I’m full of luck because I eat delicious food every day. PS. My Pawrents taught me to always say Grace before eating and I think that’s also another trick as to why I’m so handsome 🥰 #falkortheluckgolden #dogfood #healthydog #englishcreamgolden

🎃☕️ Sunday calls for a little fall creativity! 🍂 I’m not even the biggest pumpkin spice latte fan, but I had to try making one inside an actual mini pumpkin! 😭🤎 Idk who thought of this, but it’s SUCH a cute and genius idea! I carved the top, scooped out all the seeds, and turned it into the cutest little fall coffee moment. 🎃🍁 Would I do this every day? Probably not 😂 But for a cozy Sunday and a little fall moment. Absolutely! ✨ #pumpkinspicelatté #fallrecipes #coffeetrends #halloweeniscoming

meals to make this week! 😍🧡 happy cooking! ALL RECIPES IN CAPTION - swipe :) . . #meals #cooking #healthyfood #foodie #recipe CHICKEN POT PIE SOUP 🐓🥕 (gluten free, optional dairy free) so delish & 30-mins start to finish! … … … … … … what you need: • 1 tbsp grassfed ghee or butter • 3 large carrots, diced large (about 1.5 cups) • 3 large ribs celery, sliced/diced (about 1-1.5 cups) • 1 medium/large yellow onion, chopped (about 1.5 cups) • 3 large garlic cloves, minced (or 2 tbsp) • 1 cup corn • 1 cup sweet peas • 1-2 cups sliced mushrooms or other veg (green beans, broccoli, zucchini) • 1 tsp sea salt + pinch of black pepper • 2 tsp dried italian seasoning • 2 tsp dried thyme • 2 cups milk of choice, I used 2% (adjust for consistency) • 3-4 cups chicken broth (adjust for consistency) • 4-6 tbsp arrowroot flour/starch (or all-purpose flour) • 1 lb. chicken breast (cooked & shredded - about 2 cups shredded, or rotisserie chicken) • fresh parsley, chopped how to make: 1) Cook & shred the chicken. While chicken is cooking, heat the ghee or butter in a large deep pot over medium heat. Add the carrots, onion, celery, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until softened, about 10 mins. Then add corn, peas, and any other veg, and cook for a few more mins. 2) Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in sea salt, pepper, italian seasoning, & thyme. Then add 1 cup of the milk and 1.5 cups of the chicken broth. Stir well. 3) Cover & simmer over low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Then stir in the remaining 1 cup of milk and 1.5 to 2.5 cups of broth. 4) To thicken, in a small bowl, mix together the arrowroot/flour + few spoons of water to form a “slurry”, then pour into the pot. Cover & simmer on low for 5 mins. Note the soup will thicken more as it simmers! 5) Stir in cooked chicken, cover, increase heat, and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to med low & simmer for about 5 minutes. Add more milk or broth if needed to reach desired consistency (depending on how thick or brothy you want it!) 6) Top with chopped fresh parsley, Enjoy! Note: the soup will thicken as it cools in the fridge, so when eating leftovers, add broth if needed! delishhhhhh Maple Dijon
