Empowering Employees Through Financial Literacy and Wellness!

To ensure that all employees are empowered with financial literacy and wellness, the Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership and Governance (MGSLG) invited Discovery and Liberty to engage employees about their range of services, benefits, and financial wellness solutions.

This informative session aimed to empower employees with valuable knowledge to make informed decisions about their financial security, health, and overall well-being.

Through this engagement, employees gained insights into available benefits, financial planning, and the importance of securing a healthier and financially stable future.

MGSLG remains committed to promoting employee wellness, financial literacy, and a supportive working environment that enables employees to thrive both personally and professionally.

A well-informed and empowered workforce is the foundation of a productive and thriving organisation!

Your financial future deserves more than ‘I’ll deal with it later.’ 💰

@djfreshsa and @mrtjunction spoke to Amanda Dusse, Franchise Principal and Financial Adviser at @libertygroupsa , about the value of personalised financial advice & how the right conversation can turn financial uncertainty into clarity.

From the misconception that financial advice is only for the wealthy to the fear that it’s just a sales pitch, Amanda unpacks what good financial advice really looks like and why taking control of your finances starts with understanding your unique needs and goals.

The best part?
A free, obligation-free Financial Plan can help you take that first step towards greater financial confidence.

Because getting your finances in order doesn’t have to be complicated.

Nobody plans to have their income stop. That’s exactly why you plan for it.

Three questions worth asking yourself this week:

🛡️ If my income stopped tomorrow, what would my family do? Cover isn’t a cost. It’s the promise that your family’s life carries on.

📈 Is my money doing a job? Saving is a start. Investing with a clear strategy is the plan.

🌅 Will my savings last as long as I do? Retirement shouldn’t be a guess. It should be a number you know.

Swipe through ➡️ and see which one you haven’t answered yet.

Let’s talk. No pressure, just a clear conversation about where you are and where you want to be.
