A morning of good conversation. We were glad to welcome Natasha MacAller, author of The Apothecary Chef, alongside Luke Wheadon and Catherine Best, for a wider conversation on living and eating well. Our thanks to Catherine Moore for hosting such a thoughtful exchange between the panel, these kind of morning stay with you long after the last cup of tea. Health and wellbeing sit close to the heart of Catherine Best, both for us personally and for the brand we’ve built. One thread ran through everything the panel discussed  spending time outside, when you can find it. A pause to notice the island around us, rather than another hour in front of the television. It’s often the smallest changes, chosen consistently, that make the greatest difference to our health, body and mind. The conversation also turned to the importance of what we eat, encouraging a move away from highly processed supermarket foods and towards more freshly prepared meals, however simple. This approach is not only nourishing for the body, but can also have a wonderfully positive impact on the mind. It’s a reminder of why we keep looking for new ways to bring these conversations to our clients and community. If you are interested about hearing about these events in the future, please sign up to our newsletter at catherinebest.com or email info@catherinebest.com with your details.  Thank you to @ogh_guernsey for the perfect setting to hold this conversation. #CatherineBest #Guernsey #Wellbeing #IslandLife #TheApothecaryChef

What a fantastic review from Toby White for Lošinj Hotels & Villas in The Arbuturian! Toby stayed at Boutique Hotel Alhambra and truly embraced the restorative way of life on Lošinj… "The island's restorative reputation, it turns out, is not just hokum... Perhaps more psychosomatic than efficacious; but between the botanical walk, the cold sea plunges from the sundecks and a lungful of resin-scented air at every turn, I was beginning to feel thoroughly, if implausibly, cured".
