Everyone loves fancy tools, right? These updated T handles from @feedbacksports looked great, the finish on the hex and torque ends really is exceptional

The race starts long before the flag drops.

Preparation. Routine. Attention to detail.

Chamois Butt’r is part of every race day.

Thanks to Chamois Butt’r for supporting The Hera Project.

Love this little bar bag called the Poke from @brae_cycling. Easy to attach for when you need to stash an extra bottle and snacks for your cargo bike passengers.…

From start line to finish, and everything in between.

Capernwray delivered a proper test, and the team stepped up. Daisy finishing 5th, and Eleanor taking 12th in her first race in our colours. A performance that reflects not just ability, but how quickly she’s become part of the team.

It’s not just about results. It’s the moments in between, the effort, the encouragement, the work behind the scenes, that shape days like this.

Proud of this one, and plenty more to come.

The secret to an enjoyable multi day bike trip? Good quality chamois cream! I’ve been a fan of @chamoisbuttr for years now, and these little packets are perfect for packing light on a trip away….

Daftly dressed intrepid folk, happy in Cardiff. Proud of Team 801 who have raised getting on for £5,000 for #DoddieAid, all in the fight against Motor Nurone Disease. Fundraising total for the whole event nearing £1/4M . Extraordinary experience pedalling through crowds to Cardiff Castle. Not to mention the other 500 miles, 280 of which I spent riding my bike.

Also: The obligatory Coll Fire Crew pic. Ian Frasers Tour de Force support. @dougievipond and I compare hair, again. The amazing @davyzyw and his top brothers (one missing). @mrmarkbeaumont having a rare drink (tends to happen in the company of (Collachs). Ian and I compare beards. @oj_borg and Rob talking to BBC Radio 5 Breakfast. The 801 team at the Principality Stadium before the Scotland v Wales match.
