Some weekends come and go, but some leave a lasting imprint on our hearts. ❤️

Our SCLP Work-Life Integration Getaway was so much more than a team engagement. It was a beautiful reminder that while we work together towards shared vision and mission, it is the people, the relationships, and the moments we create together that make the journey truly meaningful.

Over the weekend, we played, we laughed, we connected, we recharged—and most importantly, we came together as one. It was truly heartwarming to witness everyone stepping forward, participating wholeheartedly, and embracing every moment with such incredible energy, openness, and joy.

A very special thank you to our CEO, Dr Joyce and COO, Chee Khoon for believing in the importance of bringing people together, for creating the space for us to pause, reconnect and celebrate the people behind the work. Your leadership and support remind us that a strong organisation is built not only on performance and results, but also on people, trust, care, and resilience. We appreciate every effort, every idea, every helping hand, and every participation contributed to making this getaway the beautiful success that it was.

As we return to our daily routines, may we carry with us not just the memories and laughter, but also the renewed sense of connection, gratitude, and purpose. May SCLPers continue to look out for one another, lift each other up and celebrate each other's journey. This is because we are more than colleagues. We are a community. We are a family. We are the SCLP FAMUNITY.

Together, we go further, we are ONE “SCLP” and we are always GREATER TOGETHER!

We are proud to share that our CEO, Dr. Joyce Chuah, was selected as one of the top leaders to represent Success Concepts Life Planners at the Asia Pacific Conference in Seoul.

It was a meaningful and enriching experience - deepening insights into portfolio management across fixed income and equities, while engaging with senior leaders from the Principal Financial Group.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to build lasting relationships, exchange perspectives, and further strengthen SCLP’s connections within the regional leadership community. A special thanks to Principal Asset Management for this privilege.

Thank you, Principal, for graciously hosting us to such a fabulous CNY lunch, filled with delightful festive cheer. Our stomachs are full, and so are our hearts.

A heartfelt thank you as well to Dr Joyce Chuah for her constant care and generosity towards her team, the SCLPers. We not only celebrated CNY, but also a well-deserved promotion and our lovely birthday trio — truly a triple-happiness celebration.

It was a beautiful reminder that we are indeed *greater together* whether with the seniors, juniors, or our guests. Thank you for bringing us together and for nurturing the warmth, unity, and spirit that make our SCLP team so special. Moments like this make us feel less like associates and more like family.

Gratitude is indeed a virtue, and today we feel it in abundance.

Finally, we are on stage to present our drum piece after a few months of hard work and practice. Thanks to our two coaches, our teammates for their commitment and support, and our sponsor, the Selangor & KL Teo Chew Association.
