Dance weekend 💋

When the thought of sitting in the wings at my final recital was suddenly mentioned, everything felt unreal. In an instant, it seemed like the countless hours, late nights in the studio, and years of hard work were just taken away. But after 15 years of dancing, I have realized that it is much more than putting on a show for the audience. Dance is about the connections you make, the love you share, the family you build, and memories that will live on even when the lights fade and the final bow is taken.

Thank you, @thedanceconnectionstudio, for truly being the best dance family ever. I wouldn’t be the dancer or person I am without each and every one of you.

Love, Aliza
