For Mental Health Awareness Month, employers should be thinking about burnout.

Studies show that today’s workforce is facing levels of burnout equal to the height of the pandemic. Yet, many companies are moving on from pandemic-era benefits and programs.

Our research shows four clear signs your workers are burnt out:

1. Employees report low trust in management.

2. Employees say they feel micromanaged.

3. Employees say they are uninformed about the business.

4. Employees say the workplace isn’t fair.

We spoke to companies who make our Best Workplaces™ lists about how they are effectively reducing burnout.
