🎀 EARLY DETECTION & EARLY TREATMENT SAVES LIVES!
Lifefount Foundation began its impact journey in 2012 and was incorporated in 2016. As we celebrate 10 Years of Incorporation (2016–2026), we are proud to have reached over 3,000 women through our breast cancer screening initiatives.
We sincerely appreciate Her Excellency, Ambassador Professor Olufolake Abdulrazaq, First Lady of Kwara State, for sponsoring our October free breast cancer screening programme and making this life-saving initiative possible.
Together, we are saving lives and building healthier communities!

A decade of impact. Lifefount Foundation celebrated its 10th anniversary on Monday, 19 October 2026, with a free breast cancer screening programme for women in Kwara State, in commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The occasion which coincided with the October breast cancer awareness and screening program was graced by Her Excellency, Ambassador Professor Olufolake Abdulrazaq, First Lady of Kwara State. Our Cofounder Dr Rebecca Adeyeye thanked the First Lady for the support and sponsorship of kwara women participation year after year.

Since its establishment in 2016, Lifefount Foundation has remained committed to improving lives through health, education, entrepreneurship and economic empowerment.

Over the years, the Foundation has reached more than 15,000 women and young people, including over 3,000 women through its breast cancer screening initiatives.

These numbers represent more than milestones. They reflect lives reached, opportunities created and communities served.

As we celebrate this achievement, we extend our sincere appreciation to our partners, volunteers, supporters and everyone who has contributed to the Foundation’s work over the years.

Ten years of impact is a milestone to be proud of, but it is also a reminder of the work that remains. We look forward to reaching more people, creating more opportunities and making an even greater difference in the years ahead.

Lifefount Foundation — 10 Years of Impact. A Lifetime of Possibilities.

My mother was an angel in human form.
She lived with a quiet strength and an open heart, always willing to help, always forgiving, and deeply respectful of people’s dignity. She carried the stories entrusted to her with discretion and honor.

She was hardworking and selfless to the core. She volunteered consistently with an NGO serving rural communities in Nigeria, remaining committed right up until the organisation’s final outreach in 2025. She also gave her time, energy, and wisdom to support our NGO @lifefountfoundation in Nigeria, never seeking recognition.

My mother opened her home to the homeless. She fostered and guided young men who were struggling with life, offering them structure, patience, and hope. She took in a young pregnant woman, nurturing her through pregnancy, delivery, and the early days of motherhood, without expecting or receiving a single payment. Even now, her legacy of compassion continues. She was housing a woman who had survived domestic abuse and her child.

She did so much, quietly and consistently. She lived love, not just spoke it. This is only part of her story. I will share more, in time.
