For Such a Time as This 📯

Years ago, at the tender age of 17, I was elevated under the leadership of my beloved Aunt, Pastor V. Anderson, who entered her eternal rest in 2021. Before her passing, we were in the midst of planning another elevation service. Sadly, those plans came to a halt when she was diagnosed with cancer. Her loss devastated me, and the vision we shared was left unfulfilled—never revisited, until now.

Taking this step was hard, but I’m so grateful for the support of friends and family, especially my husband and mother, who covered and stood with me.

The outpouring of love has been overwhelming. I simply can not express the depth of my gratitude. I know that if she were here, she would be proud.

My heart’s desire is to continue growing—asking the Lord to teach me as a father teaches his child. I dare not run ahead of Him. Step by step, I will listen for His voice and move only as He leads.

PLEASE Keep me in your prayers, as I humbly continue to answer the call!!!

Year after year I look forward to watching and listening to the different expressions, arrangements and versions of “Christ Did It All!” Ya’ll are AMAZING!!! Think it not strange when you hear me doing some of these ad libs and arrangements VERBATIM 👀 because WHAT!? 🤯

I never thought this “basic” song would end up being an anthem so many years after it was written — Thanks Pastor @pierreathompson IYKYK haha!! — but hearing the Body of Christ sing the GOSPEL, the literal foundation of why we’re even here, will NEVER get old to me!

Let’s keep singing this TRUTH, not just at our churches but in our hearts. When no one else is around or when life gets rough, or when things are great. Never forget: CHRIST DID IT ALL! & THERE’S NO GREATER LOVE THAN THIS! ❤️✨

If you can somehow look past the horrible graphics, pixelated faces and skittle inspired dress code you’ll be able to see 10yrs of God’s faithfulness. It was 10 years ago today — January, 4th 2013 — that we released the original version of our first single “Faithful.” I had no idea what I was doing back then and I most definitely don’t know what I’m doing now but I’ve always had a Word. Faithful. I wish I could tell you that I was always faithful to God but that’d be a lie. It has always been God’s ability to be faithful even when I wasn’t that has carried me all this way. Seasons have changed, transitions have been swift and life looks nothing like it did 10 years ago but the same faithful, loyal and consistent God that carried me here will carry me the rest of the way. And if He can do it for me then I know without a doubt He’s been doing it and will continue to do it for YOU! He hasn’t changed His mind about you, friends. God is FAITHFUL!

What or who do you consistently go to for help, comfort or satisfaction? 👀🍿 I have a LIST 🫠 but this is my remedy of choice:
