POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There are many ways to experience dance, just as there are many ways to approach music on the dance floor.

What I’m most drawn to is the storytelling. I believe that just like every good story has an emotional arc, a dancefloor should too.

This flow can contain an entire cosmos. Curiosity, tension, playfulness, stillness, joy and celebration. Moments of intensity. Moments of integration.

For me, this is where everything comes alive.

The body spoke. We listened.

Through movement, sound, stillness, and rest, we returned to the body’s intuitive language, the one that never stops guiding us.

This somatic journey at Palmorama was an invitation to feel, release, and reconnect.

The experience was co-created with @dancing_.man and @lifemoves.in

The gorgeous @palmorama.goa was our movement temple for this session .

Not everything needs to be understood.
Some things need to be felt.

Embodying the Self You Are Becoming
is a 90-minute online somatic movement journey —
a space where the body leads and the mind follows.

Guided by Aman Gupta, this session invites you to move gently from stillness into flow, allowing sensation, emotion, and energy to arise and release naturally — without storytelling, analysis, or performance.

This is for moments of transition.
When something old is loosening.
When clarity hasn’t arrived yet, but the body already knows.
