This last year I found myself somewhere I thought I’d never revisit , but life happens to us ALL . AND THATS OKAY.

I wasn’t happy , you can see it in my face . Inflammation all over my face and body. All the processed foods and sugars were destroying my mental health , my hormones , my drive , and my clarity .

That’s when I decided to claim my LIFE BACK from POOR HABITS AND ROUTINES . Breaking the cycle means CREATING NEW ONES THAT SERVE YOUR INTENTIONAL PURPOSE .

Life will always serve you ups and down , it’s the beauty of balance . It’s not about the fall though , it about what you do with the fall and how you get back up from it . Remember who you are and CLAIM IT because in the end we only have one chance at this game we call life !! Your life CAN look exactly how you want it to look , you just have to play your part and have faith and patience while experiencing your journey .

Fathers play a HUGE ROLE in a child’s mental health development, if you didn’t have a father or mother growing up your job is to become everything you needed growing up . If you were fortunate enough to have both your parents like myself then you must take all the good from them and learn to leave all the bad from them so that you can grow into a better version of what they were . Step it up as a parent if you aren’t already doing so cause I promise the loss of not being in your child life comes at a GREAT cost ‼️‼️‼️
