I am so eternally grateful for my time at ETBU and how it has shaped me into the person I am today. playing basketball at the college level was always my dream, and that is what brought me to the hill, but i am taking relationships, memories and so much growth with me.

now back to california to take on my next role: coaching 🕺🕺

4 months ago, my life completely changed. I left a place I called home, lost people I thought would never leave, and honestly lost hope in what my future would look like. But through every closed door, every goodbye, and every lonely night, God was still working. One quote stayed on my heart through it all: “God will place you alone and take away everything you depend on, not to break you, but to show you He is everything you will ever need.” Those words became the foundation of this new chapter. This past semester, I’ve watched God move in my life more than ever before. He healed parts of me I thought were gone, reminded me who I am, gave me new life through new experiences and talents, and showed me that His plans are always greater than mine. To the people who stayed, supported me, prayed for me, and helped me keep going, thank you. You made a difference when I needed it most. And to those who walked away, thank you for the memories and lessons. Some people are part of a season or a chapter, not the whole story. Marshall may have been home, but God has greater things ahead back here in the port. Here’s to healing, growth, faith, and the next chapter. #followingjesus #forWade #fyp #agtg
