So what would you do if you found a 'sample' smart ring in a drawer and you were in the middle of building a wellness app bundle?!? Welp I hacked it based on several open source projects that I read about. And now am trying to write my own firmware to work with my LIFT app. How's your saturday going mine is great, more later. #gym #prototype #firmware #fitness #fittok

ugly delicious just like me! So this recipe needs some more work. I'm gonna try to add more to this recipe. Something hopefully will get it to be less dense. Bread should be fluffy and crunchy it was too dense, more cornbread. Might of been the yeast being so old or lack of baking powder. Totally not sure but I will work on this recipe. Too dense too crumbly, definitely needs either a butter wash or egg wash. Recipe card will be coming out, once it just works. At least it already tastes like a giant cheese-it. #bread #rice #baking #fittok #gym

What your looking at is a protein peach spice cake. 50g of protein and so moist and flavorful it takes me back to scout camp outs as a kid. Think peach dump cake or cobbler scooped out of a dutch oven. It's the best recipe I have tried in a very long time. Want the recipe? #protein #spice #cake #fittok #gym

So you have seen that I am working on a series of budget pizza recipes. Now it's no suprise that these recipes focus on the value and flavor of the taste flavor co sauces to elevate a basic pizza made in less then 30 minutes at home. But what you don't see is me day in day out using them to elevate my turkey/lentils/rice bowls which is my basic lunch everyday. Now I something vary it by making it into a burrito for portability but in the end this just works. Which sauce is your favorite? #pizza #bacon #ranch #fittok #gym

So I talked about 'COOK' being a separate app but then decided instead of having three apps to roll it into a feature of LIFT and COACH ... So a coach now has the option to share recipes and meal plans with you and the app populates the shopping list. And then they can share the same information with their coach, for accountability. with less need to open or even install another app. And once again still free and open source. And it's live now and open for beta testing. #recipes #mealprep #train #fittok #gymtok
